Grant Amendments
The Trust recognises that projects/programs may change over time. In these circumstances, a successful grantee may seek a grant amendment, either in timing or a revision of the approved grant amount, so long as the original intent of the approved project/program remains the same.
Where the intent and/or the project/program significantly changes, the original approved project/program should be withdrawn and a new proposal submitted for consideration by the Trust at the next available grant round.
All requests for grant amendments must be made in writing to the Trust.
Similarly, notification of the withdrawal of a project/program should be made in writing to the Trust.
