We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and compassionate individual to run the grants program of HMST as Senior Program Manager.
Helen Macpherson Smith Trust (HMST) is an independent philanthropic trust established by the will of Helen Macpherson Schutt (née Smith) in 1951. Since HMST was established, close to $140 million has been granted to a range of Victorian charitable institutions and projects benefiting Victorians.
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Program Manager will work closely with the small HMST team to drive and deliver the strategic and operational goals of HMST’s philanthropic contributions
The Senior Program Manager will be a leader in the grant making community and the key interface with grantees and the not-for-profit sector more broadly.
