C31 Community Builder launched – digital storytelling for non-profits
8 March 2018Community Builder aims to build the digital capacity of Victoria’s not-for-profit sector by developing communication campaigns that aid the activities of partner organisations. It does this by helping non-profits tell video stories, and then connecting this content with clearly defined target audiences.
Every project provides job training, career pathways and employment opportunities for C31 production assistants from all walks of life.
C31 Digital Manager Brendan Park said “Community Builder grew out of a simple idea – we’ve seen too many amazing non-profit stories gathering dust on YouTube, so we decided to do something about it.”
Community Builder aims to assist non-profit organisations of all sizes to improve their online presence and offers flexible pricing options to do so.
C31 received an HMSTrust Impact grant of $160,050 over two years in October 2017 to launch and deliver Community Builder.
